Terms and Conditions
To join a programme you should apply online through our website (www.kentcollege.hk) and send all documentation as requested. You must satisfy our entry requirements for that programme and be able to produce appropriate evidence that you satisfy the entry requirements.
You must also provide evidence of your identity, nationality and date of birth. If you fail to disclose this information, or disclose inaccurate information, we will reject your application and/or cancel your enrolment on a programme.
We will write to you if we cannot accept your application. Reasons for not accepting your application include:
failure to meet our entry requirements for the programme;
your chosen programme is over-subscribed.
We reserve the right to withdraw our Offer to you, or cancel your enrolment on a programme if it becomes apparent to us that you are unable to cope with the demands of the programme.
Right to Make Changes to Our Programmes
We reserved the rights to make changes to our programmes or even withdraw a programme entirely for various reasons, for instance, there is insufficient take up, or the programme has to be terminated due to regulatory reasons. We normally aim to provide a minimum of two weeks’ notice of any such withdrawals.

Although we have made our best effort to be as accurate as possible, we reserve the right to correct any typographical, clerical or other error or omission on our website or in any sales and marketing materials.
Use of Online Learning Software
We do not accept any liability for any technical difficulties or connection problems you experience when you use any online learning software related to our programmes.
You must not breach the any terms mentioned in this document.
You must not make any unauthorised use of, or copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, display, post, transmit, translate, adapt, vary or modify any aspect of the material or software you obtained from Kent College Hong Kong and Kent College Canterbury without our prior written consent.
You must not use any programme materials other than to use it for the purposes of your studies.
If you have any questions or complaints about our school or programme or materials, please contact us sending your complaints to email@example.com by email. Complaints may be submitted directly or via a nominated legal representative.
Any disputes related to our service must be brought to a dispute resolution provider before being brought to a court. If you are not happy with our service, and after making a complaint the problem still exists, you may want to contact Hong Kong Mediation Centre which provides free dispute resolution services.
